Abby
With 25 years of experience in event planning, consulting, venue management, catering, logistics, and operations, Abby brings unmatched insight and precision to every project she touches. Her experience includes personal events like weddings, showers, and parties and corporate events ranging from 1,000-person convenings to smaller, intimate and intentional gatherings.
She is known for being:

When she’s not behind the scenes making magic happen, Abby loves to travel, spend time with her nieces and nephews, and soak in the theatre and the arts.
Sarah
Sarah is a strategic, mission-driven event professional with more than 17 years of experience across nonprofit, higher education, and public health sectors. She has managed multi-stakeholder convenings, meetings, and fundraising events, with an approach that combines creativity, attention to detail, and big-picture thinking.
Her expertise includes:
- Designing and managing events, programs, and outreach initiatives
- Managing opertations, engagement strategies, and logistics, including building systems to make event work more sustainable and impactful.
- A purposeful approach to high-impact in-person and virtual experiences.
- An end-to-end, whole-process focus.
Sarah is grounded in her values: service, equity, collaboration, and connection.
When she’s not planning events, she enjoys traveling, playing with her dogs, Ollie and Sage, and getting her hands dirty in the garden.
